Login Details for Softphone Applications

To utilise any 3rd party Softphone Application. You will require your unique Username and Password for your particular Extension number. To locate these details, please see screen shot and step by step instructions below:- 

  • Select Phone Extensions from the main left hand menu 
  • Click the blue Phone icon 
  • Copy the Username 
  • Copy the Password
  • Copy the SIP Server Domain

Once all of these unique details are programmed in to your Softphone application. Calls will act in the same fashion of your fixed office handset.

To note:- Cloud9 recommend where possible, to use Softphone applications on a WiFi connection. As some mobile operators can block certain IP signalling causing odd audio issues. Sadly this is very much out of our control. In this case. We recommend simply call forwarding your Extension via the below guide:-
